OUR LEADERSHIP

Brynton has led Desfab since its founding, steering the company through more than two decades of growth and innovation. A qualified Aeronautical Engineer, he brings a strong technical foundation and a passion for product design to the business. His vision and leadership have shaped Desfab’s reputation for precision, quality, and customer-focused solutions.

Brett has been a non-executive director since Desfab’s inception and joined the business full-time in 2022. He brings experience in supply chain, fleet and facilities management, construction and international marketing from his career with two of the world’s leading food companies. Known for his pragmatic approach to business, Brett focuses on aligning Desfab’s capabilities with customer needs and driving operational efficiency.

Mohamad was appointed Director in 2024 after nearly 20 years of dedicated service in different roles across the business. With a background rooted in shipbuilding and marine engineering, and experience in the metal manufacturing industry across four countries, Mohamad oversees all aspects of manufacturing and quality assurance. His global perspective and technical expertise ensure Desfab’s products meet the highest standards.
